Section 6-64-410 - School of Pharmacy

(a) The Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas is authorized to establish an accredited School of Pharmacy at the University of Arkansas or the College of Medicine of the University of Arkansas.(b) The board is further authorized and empowered to receive any grant, aid, gift, donation, or endowment for the use of the school and to do all things necessary for the establishment of an accredited school of pharmacy.Acts 1951, No. 323, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2858.
