Any patient admitted to the State Medical Center as a public welfare patient certified by the Department of Human Services, or any patient admitted to the State Medical Center who on admittance can guarantee, either by hospitalization insurance or cash deposit, at least fifty percent (50%) of the anticipated costs of treatment, shall not be charged against the quota of any county or municipality established pursuant to this subchapter.Acts 1959, No. 259, § 2; 1963, No. 183, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2923.
