The Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas may exercise its authority as required to establish and maintain the Graduate Institute of Technology to the extent that moneys are especially appropriated from state funds for that purpose or made available to the board according to § 6-64-804.Acts 1957, No. 203, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2863.
