Section 6-64-908 - Leases and contracts authorized

The Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas is authorized to negotiate leases and enter into contracts with private and public agencies or organizations for the establishment of research and development facilities.Acts 1965, No. 443, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2873.
