(a) The Board of Trustees of the Arkansas State University system created in § 6-65-201 is charged with the management and control of the Arkansas State University system.(b) The Board of Trustees of the Arkansas State University system shall have the power, authority, and duties formerly conferred by law on the board it succeeds.Amended by Act 2021, No. 18,§ 5, eff. 2/1/2021.Acts 1943, No. 1, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 7-202.
