Section 6-65-303 - Hot Springs Branch

(a) The Board of Trustees of Arkansas Tech University is authorized to establish in Hot Springs, a branch of Arkansas Tech University and shall operate thereat courses of instruction at less than baccalaureate degree programs.(b) The board is authorized to establish appropriate rules for the operation of that campus.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 389, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1971, No. 676, § 7.
