Section 6-67-101 - Establishment and purpose

For the purposes of providing educational opportunities at the university level on a statewide basis and more adequately fulfilling its changing role as a multipurpose, comprehensive institution of higher education, there is established and maintained an institution to be known as the University of Central Arkansas.Acts 1907, No. 317, § 1, p. 762; C. & M.
