The Board of Trustees of the University of Central Arkansas shall elect instructors and fix their salaries and determine the conditions, subject to limitations specified in this chapter, on which pupils shall be admitted to the privileges of the school, but no election shall be valid unless at least four (4) members of the board shall vote in favor of the applicant whose name is being considered.Acts 1907, No. 317, § 9, p. 762; C. & M.
