Section 6-71-121 - Suits against several owners may be joined

It shall be no objection to any suit brought for the purpose that the land of two (2) or more owners are joined in the same proceedings, and such suits may be brought against one (1) or more owners, providing the suit is brought in the county in which the land is situated.Acts 1949, No. 260, § 18; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-3620.
