Section 6-71-125 - Suits have precedence over other cases

For the purpose of taking every step in such suits as herein referred to, the court shall be always open. All cases brought under this chapter shall have the precedence of all other cases pending in the court and shall be decided within thirty (30) days after service of publication.Acts 1949, No. 260, § 22; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-3624.
