Section 6-71-129 - Correction of description of property

In the event that the description of any lot, tract, or parcel of property upon the list of the assessment hereinbefore provided to be made shall for any reason be uncertain, indefinite, or insufficient, then, in any suit brought to enforce the payment of any assessment, the court shall have power to correct such description and enforce the collection of any assessment therein, having due regard for the right of any party who may have intervened.Acts 1949, No. 260, § 26; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-3628.
