If the owners of such property are nonresidents of this state, infants, or persons of unsound mind, notice shall be given by publication in any newspaper in the county where the land is situated which is authorized by law to publish legal notices, which notice shall be published for the same length of time as may be required in other civil causes.Acts 1949, No. 260, § 39; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-3641.
