Section 6-81-705 - Medical students - Purpose of loan

Rural medical practice loans provided for in this subchapter shall be made for the sole purpose of paying the applicant's tuition, maintenance, and educational expenses and the necessary living expenses of his or her dependents while the applicant is enrolled in a program of medical education as described in this subchapter.Acts 1949, No. 131, § 7; 1971, No. 133, § 6; 1971, No. 533, § 6; 1981, No. 47, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 80-2914; Acts 2007, No. 1058, § 2.
