Section 6-82-102 - Annual review of minority scholarship or grant programs

(a) The Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board shall review annually all minority scholarship or grant programs administered by the Division of Higher Education in order to ensure that the programs are in compliance with federal regulations.(b) The board of trustees of each publicly supported institution of higher education shall review annually all minority scholarship or grant programs administered by the institution in order to ensure that the programs are in compliance with federal regulations.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 2067, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1993, No. 301, §§ 1, 2; No. 330, §§ 1, 2; 1995, No. 1296, § 36; 1997, No. 112, § 24; 1999, No. 478, § 9.
