Section 6-82-103 - Out-of-state tuition

(a) The board of trustees of any institution of higher education may waive the out-of-state portion of any full tuition scholarship for any full-time student which is provided by unrestricted funds of the institution.(b) The part that is waived shall not be considered as an expenditure by any rule of the Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 399, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1997, No. 342, § 41; 1997, No. 1211, § 30.
