(a) Students receiving scholarships shall be known as 'Arkansas Governor's Scholars'.(b) Arkansas Governor's Scholarship recipients who exhibit extraordinary academic ability shall be known as 'Arkansas Governor's Distinguished Scholars'.Acts 1983 (Ex.
