Section 6-82-314 - Withdrawal from school - Refund

If a recipient of an Arkansas Governor's Scholarship or Arkansas Governor's Distinguished Scholarship withdraws from an approved private or public institution and under the policy of that institution the student is entitled to a refund of any tuition, fees, or other charges, the institution shall pay the refund to which the student may be entitled to the Division of Higher Education to the extent of any amount the division has paid to the student for that academic year.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 2089, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1983 (Ex.
