Section 6-82-410 - Withdrawal from school - Refund

If a recipient of a scholarship withdraws from an approved institution and under the policy of that institution the student is entitled to a refund of any tuition, fees, or other charges, the institution shall pay the refund to which the student may be entitled to the Division of Career and Technical Education, to the extent of any amount the division has paid to the student for that academic year.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 2097, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1983 (Ex.
