Section 6-82-506 - Written application for benefits

Any person claiming benefits awarded by the Arkansas State Claims Commission under the provisions of this subchapter shall make written application with the Division of Higher Education on forms provided by the division.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 2098, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1973, No. 521, § 4; 1983 (Ex.
