(a) Recipients of Arkansas Governor's Distinguished Scholarships may receive an Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship under this subchapter.(b) The amount of an Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship awarded to a recipient of an Arkansas Governor's Distinguished Scholarship shall not be more than the maximum scholarship amount provided to a recipient of an Arkansas Governor's Distinguished Scholarship under § 6-82-312.Amended by Act 2021, No. 80,§ 1, eff. 7/28/2021.Amended by Act 2021, No. 636,§ 1, eff. 4/12/2021.Acts 2009, No. 605, § 4; 2009, No. 606, § 4.
