Section 7-11-204 - Content of calling document

The proclamation, ordinance, statute, resolution, order, or other authorized document of the properly constituted authority calling the special election shall state:(1) The date of the special election;(2) The full text of any measure or question for which the election is called;(3) The ballot title, if any, for the measure or question for which the election is called; and(4) Any other information required by law.Acts 2009, No. 1480, § 47.
