Section 7-11-301 - Law governing special elections

In cases of circumstances or procedures that may arise in connection with any special election for which there is no provision in law governing the circumstances or procedures, the special election shall be governed by:(1) The general election laws of this state; or(2) In the case of special primary elections, the primary election laws of this state.Acts 2009, No. 1480, § 47.
