Section 7-3-107 - State convention - Declaration of election results and nominees - Certificates

After a primary election for the selection of nominees for United States, state, or district offices, each political party shall hold a state convention following the biennial general primary election for the purpose of:(1) Receiving from the Secretary of State the certification of the election results for all United States, state, and district offices.
