Section 7-4-113 - Record of funds and expenditures

The county board of election commissioners of each county shall maintain a record of all funds the county board of election commissioners receives and all expenditures of the county board of election commissioners. These records shall be open to the public under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act of 1967, § 25-19-101 et seq.Acts 1987, No. 795, § 1.
