Section 7-4-114 - Filling vacancy of an elected office - Effect

Any member of a county board of election commissioners may be appointed to fill a vacancy in an elected office without vacating his or her seat on the county board of election commissioners. The member shall not be eligible for reelection to the office when the term expires.Acts 1993, No. 760, § 1.
