Section 7-5-607 - Arrangement of polling place

In precincts where an electronic vote tabulating device is used, sufficient space shall be provided for the use of the device, and it shall be arranged in such a manner as to assure secrecy in voting.Acts 1977, No. 77, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 3-1803; Acts 2005, No. 2233, § 39.
