Section 7-5-706 - Presentation of list of legislators elected

It shall be the duty of the Secretary of State, on the first day of each regular session of the General Assembly, to lay before each house a list of members elected in accordance with the returns in his or her office.Acts 1969, No. 465, Art. 8, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 3-807.
