The financial reports identified in § 7-9-407 shall be verified by affidavit by the person filing them to the effect that to the best of his or her knowledge and belief the information disclosed is a complete, true, and accurate financial statement of contributions or expenditures.Acts 1989, No. 261, § 8; 1989, No. 634, § 8.
