Section 8-14-105 - Penalties

Violations of this chapter are punishable by:(1) A warning for a first offense; and(2) A fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) minus the replacement cost for each offending outdoor lighting fixture for a second or subsequent offense or for an offense that continues for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the warning.Acts 2005, No. 1963, § 1.
