Section 8-5-203 - Unlawful actions

It shall be unlawful for any municipality, governmental subdivision, public or private corporation, or other person to operate a public or private wastewater treatment plant unless the competency of the operator is duly licensed by the Division of Environmental Quality under the provisions of this subchapter.
