Section 8-5-502 - Penalty for violation of section 8-5-501

Any person violating the provisions of § 8-5-501 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or be imprisoned not less than thirty (30) days nor more than one (1) year, or be both so fined and imprisoned.Acts 1959, No. 57, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 84-2120.
