Section 8-5-610 - Privatization contracts, service agreements, etc

The service agreement, the privatization contract, the charges and rates for sewer or other service, and private owners or operators shall not be subject to Acts 1935, No. 324, as amended, and § 23-4-201, and shall be exempt from the jurisdiction of the Arkansas Public Service Commission and any other successor regulatory agency.Acts 1985, No. 690, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-1992.4.
