Section 8-6-221 - Review of rules

All rules adopted under this subchapter shall be reviewed by the House Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor and the Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor or appropriate subcommittees of the House Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor and the Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 541, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1991, No. 751, § 4; 1997, No. 179, § 3.
