(a) The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission may adopt reasonable rules necessary to implement this subchapter, including without limitation: (1) Collecting fees; and(2) Setting priorities for the administration of this subchapter.(b) The rules shall be reviewed by the House Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor and the Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor or appropriate subcommittees of the House Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor and the Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 545, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2013, No. 1333,§ 4, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1989, No. 849, § 10; 1989, No. 934, § 10; 1991, No. 749, § 6; 1997, No. 179, § 4; 2001, No. 70, § 2; 2011, No. 819, § 5.
