Section 8-7-206 - Private right of action

Any person adversely affected by a violation of this subchapter or of any rules or orders issued pursuant thereto shall have a private right of action for relief against such violation.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 605, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1979, No. 406, § 15; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-4215.
