Section 8-7-604 - Compact provisions controlling

The implementation of this subchapter will not affect Arkansas's continued membership in the Central Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Compact Commission. If any provision of this subchapter is in conflict with the provisions of the Central Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Compact, § 8-8-201 et seq., the provisions of the compact shall be controlling.Acts 1987, No. 562, § 4.
