Section 8-8-205 - Cooperation with commission

The departments, agencies, and officers of the state and its subdivisions may cooperate with the Central Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Compact Commission in the furtherance of any of its activities pursuant to the Central Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Compact.Acts 1983, No. 9, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-4404.
