Section 9-3-102 - Voting privileges unaffected

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to affect or extend the privilege of franchise to vote at any election held within the state because of having been admitted to become a resident domiciled within the state under this chapter.Acts 1941, No. 355, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 34-1306
