Section 9-3-106 - Qualifications to become domiciled

(a) Any person who is a citizen of the United States may become a resident and domiciled in the State of Arkansas.(b) No person shall be admitted to become a resident domiciled in the State of Arkansas who has not resided in the state for at least thirty (30) days preceding his or her application for admission as a resident domiciled in the State of Arkansas.Acts 1941, No. 355, §§ 1, 5; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 34-1301, 34-1305
