Section 9-3-112 - Public notice of petition and final hearing

Immediately after filing of the petition, the clerk of the court shall give notice thereof by posting in a public and conspicuous place in his or her office or in the building in which the clerk's office is situated, under an appropriate heading, the name, residence, the state in which the petitioner formerly resided, the date and place of residence in Arkansas, the tentative date for final hearing of his or her petition, and the names of the witnesses whom the applicant expects to summon in his or her behalf.Acts 1941, No. 355, § 16; A.S.A. 1947, § 34-1315
