Section 9-3-116 - Admission of surviving spouse and minor children

When any person who has declared his or her intention to become a resident domiciled in the State of Arkansas dies before he or she has received a certificate from the Secretary of State showing him or her to be a resident domiciled in this state, the surviving spouse and minor children of the person, by complying with the other provisions of this chapter, may become residents domiciled in the State of Arkansas without making any declaration of intention.Acts 1941, No. 355, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 34-1311
