Section 9-3-120 - Certified copies of papers, etc

Certified copies of all papers, documents, certificates, and records required to be used, filed, recorded, or kept under any and all of the provisions of this chapter shall be admitted in evidence equally with the originals in any and all proceedings under this chapter and in all cases in which the originals might be admissible as evidence.Acts 1941, No. 355, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 34-1303
