Section 9-5-114 - Admissibility of statements by an alleged child victim

Nothing in this chapter precludes the admissibility of statements by an alleged child victim outside the scope of the forensic interview conducted at a child safety center, provided that sufficient safeguards are present to satisfy the admissibility requirements set forth in the Arkansas Rules of Evidence, relevant case law, and constitutional requirements.Acts 2007, No. 703, § 5
