Except to the extent that moneys are available in the Domestic Violence Shelter Fund, a statewide domestic violence entity that receives a grant under this chapter shall not accept money or other assistance from the United States Government or any other entity or person if the acceptance would obligate the State of Arkansas.Added by Act 2017, No. 583,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017
