The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration or his or her designee shall provide an annual report by October 1 of each year to the Chair of the Senate Interim Committee on Children and Youth and the Chair of the House Committee on Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs containing the following information:(1) The incidence of domestic violence in this state based on information obtained from shelters that receive funds under this chapter;(2) A description of shelters that meet the requirements of and receive funds under this chapter; and(3) The number of persons assisted by the shelters that receive funds under this chapter.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3371, eff. 7/1/2019.Added by Act 2017, No. 583,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017
