Section 9-14-514 - Notification of court by employer of termination

A payor shall notify the court or its representative or, in cases enforced under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 651 et seq., the Office of Child Support Enforcement of the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration, immediately when the noncustodial parent terminates employment or takes other adverse action terminating the income source and shall provide the noncustodial parent's last known address and the name and address of any new employer, if known.Acts 1991, No. 368, § 13; 2003, No. 1020, § 16
