(a) Law enforcement officers and law enforcement agencies shall be immune from civil or criminal liability if acting in good faith in an effort to comply with this subchapter.(b) A military order of protection as defined under § 5-53-134(f)(1) shall be enforced by law enforcement of this state according to the provisions of this chapter.Amended by Act 2017, No. 515,§ 6, eff. 8/1/2017Acts 1995, No. 995, § 4; 2003, No. 651, § 3
