Section 9-17-203 - Initiating and responding tribunal of this state

Under this chapter, a tribunal of this state may serve as an initiating tribunal to forward proceedings to a tribunal of another state and as a responding tribunal for proceedings initiated in another state or a foreign country.Amended by Act 2015, No. 888,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2015Acts 1993, No. 468, § 1
