Section 9-20-106 - Immunity for investigation participants

Any person, official, or institution participating in good faith in the removal of a maltreated adult pursuant to this chapter shall have immunity from liability and suit for damages, civil or criminal, that otherwise might result by reason of such actions.Acts 2005, No. 1811, § 1
