Section 9-8-203 - Promulgation of rules

(a) The Department of Human Services shall promulgate rules to implement this program.(b) The department shall promulgate rules that include eligibility requirements in accordance with any requirements from the funding stream.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 705, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 2007, No. 621, § 1
